It might be, but it looks like an asphalt road. Its just hard for me to see where it was actually stuck since it doesn't show it at all in the video. It is like a bad viral video lol

Really it looks more like its stuck on ice from stopping. At the end you can see two areas the guy is about to shovel that the tires may have been in to make it stuck all along. Hell coulda been a modded sti for all we know.

It also seems like everyone's assuming the thing was full, which it likely wasn't. At Strongman competitions the men pull tractor trailers, so I don't find it that hard to believe that an STI could pull an empty tractor trailer in neutral over a patch of ice and a railroad crossing.
I highly doubt they're going to stop traffic and pretend to be stuck in snow so they can get an STI to pretend to pull it out of snow for the internet. Oh, wait, maybe it's photoshopped?
