If he got a service (installing sleves and the roating mass) and the products (sleeves, pistons and rods), I'd say he got a decent deal.

you still have not included any sort of reference to a local shop where he could have this service performed. in fact, all i've seen so far is an attempt to interject your magnificence in building a 3.1 liter turbo motor, for an as yet unreferenced car (let me make it easy for anyone to doesn't want to decipher your username and/or the links you posted... apparently it's a porsche 968/944).

nice build, nice pics, apparently you got a nice deal... but start up a thread n eye candy if you want people to tell you how awesome you are. this man's trying to get a question answered, and i'm sure he doesn't want to have to go through the trouble pm'ing everyone who's posted in this thread hoping they might divulge a little more information.

C&C Machine Shop in NoVA will do it for a pretty decent price(dont know exactly how much), but its abotu 3 hours and will take about a week i think.
