I just bought two 32" 720p sony tv's for 499 a piece w/ no warranty plus tax at Best Buy and that was a great price and still is. Yours is 1080p and with a warranty and no sales tax... 450 is definetly fair. I wish I could return one of mine! It's been a couple months though. Also you can use this as a computer monitor too people(that's what I am doing)!

 

ya that is what mine is being used for now but damn this thing is huge!
