so you want a car thats in japan, never came to the US, and its your dream car. but you know nothing about the car itself?

the only way your going to get a true s13 is... 1 Import it from japan. or 2 find one of the less than 1000 (ramdom number) that are already in the US.

You won't own a real silvia because they're hard to find here for cheap. It's not that the car is ten billion dollars, it's that you're in highschool and they're really hard to find. It's a fucking 15 year old grocery getter, not something you're supposed to dream for.

And before someone gets on my ass, yes i've owned one, and yes i'll own another, but I do not dream about this car at night.

 

It's not a rare car, it's only rare in this country because it's pretty much impossible to import them in such a way that they're street legal. That's the answer to your question. So if you visit Japan, enjoy them while you're there.
