Only thing theyve been good for is getting used tires. I was going to them for drift tires. $100 for a set mounted is a fucking steal!!! And I get to pick the tires...

Pretty sure they sold stolen parts non-stop. You'd order a part, and go pick up the part with no original packaging (destroyed during shipping). Cars in the NoVA area would go missing, and it just so happens that shop had those parts "in stock".

I ran into one of these idiots casing my car in Yorktown last summer. Some ricer honda kid that works there trying to school me about my Type-R. Dude was saying all sorts of ignorant things and I knew right then and there I would never go near that place. Come to find out later on hearing from lots of people that know them saying they are into the stolen parts business.

 

I don't think these are the same guys from Nova, as I worked with Lane(the owner) previously for a few months in 11/12. At the time we were doing the used tires, detailing, tinting, and flipping trucks/vans. All legit, and it was only him and I. We had 1 other helper for detailing. I know he started the Honda thing sometime after I stopped working for him, which is retarded since I'm on the upper end of Honda knowledge.

I can't speak for anything he (or his employees) may or might not have done after I stopped working for him.
Never had a problem personally, and I never heard of any issues with him until after the fact, just my 2 cents
