who can do it
i am wondering who programs non vtec ecu's, i have an 01 LS and i need to get the ecu chipped. is it possible? if so who can do it?

Can't chip OBD2, you'll have to get an OBD1 ECU and a conversion harness..

OBD1 P74, P75, PR4. They're all pretty much identical and interchangeable.
