well things did not go as planed for the tune port turbo set up was guna cost way 2 much ... so looks like its old school carb ... any ways got the motor together besides intake and carb ... that and i need a small balanced : or one pice seal: fly wheel if any one has one let me know.... also wondering if any one knows hoe to bend a set of headers .... i was looking at the truck and the longe tube headers i have would fit if i could bend them closer to the block instead of running like they do .... just wondering if any one has ever bent a set in the past or knows how it could be dun.... im hopeing to have the motor in some time next month wish me luck ......

but the only full length headers they make go out the fender wells and you have to run skiny front tires to clear them .... i want my truck to handle a little bit meaning i need a little tire in the front .... as in something for that 3 in wide ... wich wouldent clear the long headers ... and id like to run full length if i can but id have to make them fit .... and i know they make shorties but im trying to use fulls if i have to ill run the shorties

well i got my fly wheel .... im thinking about puting the motor in tomarow ... wont run for a wial cus the top end isent dun but it would be in place and alow me to do some of the other things....

Use some T/A headers ... should clear without a problem ... I know thats what you have to do with Toyota conversions ... also make sure to wrap your starter with a heat protectant ... with being that close it will kill your starter every time ... and have trouble starting when to hot ...
