1995 Honda Civic rear brake conversion
This should be in the tech forum. To make things easier on yourself, you will need the complete trailing arm assemblies for both sides. This includes, trailing arms, upper control arms, hubs, rotors, calipers, brake lines and emergency brake cables. That should be all you need.
The removal and installation of the new trailing arm assemblies is fairly straight forward if you are competent. Of course you will need to bleed the brake system once you are done.

I'm in portsmouth also, I'm about to do mine so if you want to get your feet wet, send me a P.M. and you can watch mine. I'll be willing to help ya out too.
EDIT* Man, is this Nathan and Tim?(saw the "ridas page") Lol. Let me know, I'll help ya'll out.
Im not worried about the motor, nor am I worried about getting outta your way
