Look, I'm moving to Ecity this weekend. I'm getting a pretty damn big house down there. For all you guys that go down to Ecity to run the 8th (Terry, Shad, Dave, etc etc) hit me up. Stop by for some beers or something.

 

Where is the E-City 1/8? (And don't tell me fucking Elizabeth City, that much I know) Is it closer then Dinwiddie?

 

yea, about an hour closer.........its fun down there, you get more runs then you know what to do with, and the starter will drink beer with you, help you into your car, watch you go down the track shitface drunk, and then ask you for another beer, haha.......

 

i heard the track pavement or what not there was real shitty though? not true?

 

Interesting.. I just need do some tuning. I'm tired of trying to tune the car on the street in VAB, I can't seem to find good/clean cop-free roads.

 

well come on down to E city. I've yet to run there but now that I'm gonna be livin there.....

 

the track is actually really nice, hooks up very well if you ask me, but the pits are grass and gravel and you have to drive on a dirt road to get to the staging lanes,but truthfully its a good track....the only thing i dont like is the burn out box, you have to pull through it no matter what, and its a little ditch of water that you cant avoid so if your running on street tires your pretty much fucked....

 

Dirt, interesting. I'd heard it used to be a farm or something.

Thanks for the info, I might head down. I could care less about the burnout box, I've got AWD, I could launch from the burn out box and it wouldn't effect me much

 

The E-City track is also fun for those of us that aren't fast and just go to watch and hang out.

 

how do u get there and when are they open ??
