ideling weird....

Default ideling weird....

ok wen i start my car sometimes it will idel at liek 3k eventhough it is warm. then wen i drive its fine. but sometimes when i go to slow down it just goes up to aroudn 3k. im not sure wat the problem is because its throwing no code and does it on occations. anythign help is needed

check your o2 sensor

honda has a variety of idle problems due to atmospheric varriations in the ecu, along with varrious sensory imputs varrying from min to max. if you are'nt throwing any codes, makes sure none are "hidden" meaning it could set an error code that is saved inside the ecu, but not important enough to alter performance problems! afler that get a multimeter and troubleshoot!! goodluck........

oh yeah, high idle is usually occured from an interuption in the engines air/idle control. resulted from intake or throttle body leaking, split vacuum lines to fuel press. reg., map sens. or just simple faulty sensory input due to ect sensors, o2 sensors, ct sensors, evap purge sensors, and or pcv systems. good luck......
