Local? Nope. Personally, if I was going to get a DSM tranny rebuilt, I would use either TRE, Shep Racing, or BM Tranny.

What is a level 10 that you are taking about. Also how good is the tranny that ammco rebuild and how much was it. Am thinking about sending mine to TRE.

Ammco is world renowned for ripping people off, I know, it's happened to me from two different Ammco's. (Of course, i'm sure there are exceptions, but i've heard alot of bad stories about that company too).
Level 10 refers to an automatic DSM tranny, as far as I know.
TRE builds, IMO, the best trannies, but at the highest price. I would say you get what you pay for with them. (Many different options, too.)
I say if you can afford it, and you want a tough tranny, go with TRE all the way. I don't have one (yet), but I know many people that do, and they all love them.

whatever you do, don't go to heritage transmissions... they wanted 1900 to rebuild mine. I told them to put it back together and I payed for the labor and whatever parts was used. 500 miles later, 5th gear shot out the side of the car. I ended up just buying a tranny out of a 96 talon for 600.
