Whats your restiction??

 

I can only drive to from work and school. I was driving home from work on a saturday and found out i cant drive to there on saturdays after he pulled me over.I have had my restricton changed 3 times and i was shure i could drive on saturday.
Can i fight the fact that the probable cause to pull me over was bogus just to get me the other restriction ticket. I think he ran my license # and found out i was driving on a restricted lecense and he wanted to stop me to see what i was doing.

 

Sure...because cops run the plates of cars driving by when they're bored. Don't be a fucktard. You did something to attract his attention and caused him to pull you over.

Now let's start with why you were on restriction to begin with...

 

I'm on restriction over a wreckless driving ticket i got over the summer i was doing 65 in a 45 on jefferson. Everyone was doing 55 60 and i needed to get to the far left lane to make my turn so i sped up 5 mph and right when i was about to change lanes i saw a car speeding up behind me. I stayed in that lane so i wouldn't be in his way for when he pulled around me. Lights went on and it was a cop. He made me admit to street racing after i told him the story 3 times he didn't believe me. The officer also said he would take my car away if i didn't admit to it so i did b/c i saved up forever for my car and i didn't want it to go. Wrote me a ticket and i was gone. Later i found out it was intrapment what he did. I didn't say anything in court about what he made me admit to that night. He told the judge that i was very cooprative and admited to street raceing the first time he had asked me. Me being to scared to say something just pled guilty. After i talked to a diff. police officer a month later about the charges he told me to apeal if it was within 10 days.

lube lube lube!! you are fucked!! how do yall get caught??? the only two times i got caught where 1. second day i had my liscence i was racing a mustang and went to pass and he turned infront of me so i T-boned him doin like 60 and 2. in poquoson doing 65 on wythe creek (35 mph zone) but it was like a week before i left for basic training so the cop reduced it to just speeding :-p but other then that i dont get caught ;-)
