That's a pointless question.....................everyone has a different shaped melon. Go try on a bunch of helmets and see what works best for YOU.

yea can't tell you what fits, but can tell you what we liked or disliked about some of our helmets I guess as far as features and quality... heres my rundown

HJC CL12- first helmet, so can't really say much because I had nothing to compare it to, but whenever I would look over my shoulder the shield would fly up, when I asked around online the usual response was "yup thats an HJC alright", hopefully they've fixed that since then

Vega Daytona- bought it was a passenger helmet but wore it a little while myself, its immediatly obvious it was much cheaper than the HJC, it just felt cheap thats the only way to describe it

Arai RX7RR4- immediatly could tell it was much better than the HJC or Vega, much lighter, interior felt like a couch, but it was also not very good and keep out wind noise

AGV Xr2- heavy, they come factory with a anti fog shield but fogged worse than anything i've owned, gone through probably 5 shields, anti fog and standard and all had serious fogging problems, helmet just made me feel like i was a bobble head doll, big and combursome, three broken shields because the way you take them on/off is pretty rough... probably most dissapointed i've been in a helmet

Arai RX7 Corsair- pretty sure this is the last time i'll stray away from Arai, no fogging problems what so ever, the ventilation is best of any helmet i've owned, but i'd say a little louder than the old RX7 so I pretty much always wear ear plugs when I ride now

KBC VR1 Euro: First helmet I bought about 2 years ago. While I was using it I really like it. The shields changed pretty easily and it was rather comfortable. It is a little heavy though. I did have the opportunity to crash test it in a minor low side and it did fine. It got scraped up pretty good on the asphalt but I was fine.

ARAI RX7 Corsair: Bought this last spring and fell in love. It's much lighter than my old KBC and is the most comfortable helmet I have worn. It's loud but I always wear ear plugs so I can't tell the difference. The ventilation is great as well. I'll be an Arai customer for life.

Well.................my first helmet was of a brand that I don't even know exists anymore and was made in the 80's. It had a snap-on style windscreen and was an overall piece of crap. I wouldn't recommend it.

My second helmet was another brand that I doubt is manufactured anymore and was also a POS. I got it for free with my second bike. I wouldn't recommend that one either.

My first real helmet was an old black HJC basic style helmet, It was all black and I can't remember what style it was. I think I paid like 80 bucks for it new; but I'm sure that they don't make that brand anymore either, seeing as how I purchased it in 1997.

My next helmet was also an HJC that I got for free from the dealership when I purchased my F4. I have no idea what model it is; but that won't really matter becuase they usually upgrade specific things on each helmet model yearly; and this was 4 years ago.

My next helmet was an Arai Quantam 2............but that is now a few years old as well. But if you can find one on Ebay that is an 03 model year than that is the helmet I would recommend.

Hope that helped you out!
