I have a window in the front of my house, 2windows side by side that open, 1/2 moon (semi circle) window on top. Seems like where these windows meet water is getting in (paint/plaster starting to bubble+water stains). House is vynal sided. Need someone to take a look and fix/replace whats wrong, I have no exp. in this area.
Any recommendations?
