Some advice maybe?
Whats up everyone, I've just recently moved here and bought an 00 Civic EX. Would really like to beef it up and make it a nice sleeper, minimum appearance upgrades and maximum performance upgrades. I noticed a small shop right off of Va beach blvd that seems to do a lot of work on hondas and acuras. Anybody been there? Good business? Bad Business? I'd also like to have a good place to chill without gettin' bothered by the 5-0 all the time, haha. Advice is much appreciated

first welcome to the site, but what type of performance upgrades are you looking at?? I mean you could build up on a N/A motor or go forced induction.. I mean also what is your budget?

I think he may be talking about Coastal Customs auto NEAR Va beach blvd right at the start of military high way. But who knows? VA BEACH BLVD is a long ass main road.
