Best fucking Tai food I've ever had in my entire life is on 21st street (I know this isn't Chinese). It is called Siam 21 (I believe that is how it is spelled). As far as Chinese goes, there are a couple of decent carry out places, my top 3 are:
1- China Ocean (off of 14th and Colonial - I think) - Norfolk
2- Ken's Wok (off 21st street) - Norfolk
3- Shek's (something close to that) - off of Ceder Lane - Portsmouth

PF Chang is "pan-Asian" cuisine, not authentic Chinese. Please avoid takeout joints. That's just asking for diabetes.
My family has been eating at Peking Duck Inn since I was a kid. And also Jade Villa for dim sum, although I think the rest of their food hasn't been as good since they changed management years ago.

Well, for takeout, I love this place on Rosemont Rd in Virginia Beach called Four Seasons. Some of the best chicken fried rice I've ever had. Egg drop soup is great too.
For more of a sit-down dinner, I like to go to Sumo's on Independence in Virginia Beach. That's more of a Japanese habachi thing though.
