Golden Eagle sleeves, Crower rods, Stainless valves, JG Edelbrock intake manifold, Hondata or Z-dyne, custom turbo kit, and a shit load of dyno tuning.
^Those are the main parts that need addressing, if money is of no concern then you'll have no problem making 450+HP.

Pistons, turbo-spec cams, big turbos, custom pipes & manifolds, Hondata, block girdle, FMIC, boost controller, all the other little turbo parts, lots of tools, and access to a dyno.
Brakes, wheels/tires, and suspension should come first.
For specifics, go to www.honda-acura.net and do a SEARCH.

Dont forget to build the head....port and polish, springs & retainers, valves, cams, etc...CAM GEARS FOR YOU SMART ASSES
****theres no point in building just the bottom end and not the head, especially when your going to run turbo....thats where its at...Endyn is great for head work and Golden Eagle can work block(sleeves).
of course you have to build the block to keep the pistons, rods, and sleeves from disintegrating

you guys are forgetting one thing fuel all that air wont do you any good unless you can match the fuel via bigger injectors, fuel pump, fpr(one that is boost controlled), and some kind of fuel controller(AEM makes a sweet ecu). Boost controller, turbo timer (makes your turbo(s) last longer). I recommend a to4e for your turbo. there is probably more but that is all that is on the top of my head

that all depends on what motor you have an whats done to it, i have a stock ls motor and i have a t3/t04e turbo and i run 9 psi everyday and around 12-13 psi at the track, a t3/to4e turbo with a 57 trim , stage 3 wheels and the usual 60 a.r. reaches maximum 100% efficiency at like 23-24psi of boost, thats alot of boost buddy, if you go with a pre assembled turbo kit(may i suggest revhard cause i made the mistake and bought a drag kit) it comes with everthing you need to run it on a stock motored honda, fmu, vaccum lines, bosch high flow fuel pump, ic, turbo, manifold, wastegate, piping, bov, missing link, dump tube, downpipe, all that stuff that comes with the kit is good, and if you want to run lots of boost, just get some new injectors, get rid of the fmu and get a hondata, and build the motor and youll have a beast, its all about money and time brother.......good luck.....

Come by the shop and we'll show you a 32psi engine and what it takes. Our engine stands up to this amount of boost on the daily. The one thing that failed on our block is the oil pump. We were using a stock integ.TypeR and that thing FAILED!!! We are now going aftermarket. It all depends on time and money don't expect to buy all the parts and slap it together. We went to ABACUS for our headwork. There really good at what they do. Stop by the shop and we'll talk turbos. Crs_autosolution
