Default New Tires

I posted this before but didn't get a very good response (thank you ttgeek)

I'm looking ofr a fairly inexpensive set of replacemtn tires. they need to handel wel in the rain and have excellent stability and dry traction. I also need them to last for a while so treadwear needs to be above 300 at least. If anyone has experience with any of these it'd be most helpful...

Ecsta 711's, I know that's a not choice, but they're cheaper than the 712's. Mine had barely any wear after almost 10K miles. Worked fine for me for daily driving.

i got the Kumho's for 67.00 a piece at Tire City in Newport News. Good tires, they have over 11k miles and just now starting to show camber wear. Just my .02.

We have five cars using Yokohama AVS ES100's, including mine. We are all very satisfied so far. I recommend them. They even kept a nail from going all the way through in one of my rear tires (which are $175 because of the size). They definitely got my vote. These are fairly new to the market, so don't expect many votes for these yet.

Kuhmos are cheap; no wonder why they are leading the poll right now.

I can't find the 711's in that size, so my guess it that that size doesn't exist.
