Depends on what you need.

Suggested course of action for solving problems, perform these in order and wait a day or so before moving from one step to another.

1. Try and resolve it yourself. Post in the thread, PM the other member, just keep it within the rules.
2. Use the report post functionality (the icon with the ! on it)
3. Try the Contact Us link in the navbar.
4. PM a moderator. Best bet is someone that's online.
5. From the link in the previous step, PM one of the administrators.
6. Finally you can create a thread outlining your problems.

Skipping steps will generally get you ignored until you go through them properly i.e. if someone PMs me and they haven't bothered to even report the post I just delete the PM. If you're going to be lazy and not use the built-in functionality the board offers I'm going to be lazy to and not do anything about it
