Default Help Installing 99-00 Civic JDM Raybrig Foglights

This is the REAL JDM Raybrig Foglight kit. Other kits come with different wiring. However, I think the OEM USDM kit is the same.

Problem: Fog Lights wont turn on.

Checklist:
Fog lights and foglight wiring harness are working.
There is continuity from the engine bay factory connector to the other connector underneath the fuse box.

So we can rule out the 2 that I stated above.

My concern is:
What slots do i put the 2 brown connectors in?

The slots are as follow: beginning from the far left
1)+B, 2)Dash Lights, 3)accessory, 4)empty slot, 5)IG2

1st try:white wire on the #1 slot, and put the red/black wire on the #2 slot.
2nd & 3rd try: moved only the red/black wire to number 3 and when that didnt work tried it at #5. Still failed.
4th try: put the red/black on #1 slot and white on #3 slot. Now the switch didnt even light up. Still the foglights never turned on.

I know the relay is working because I can hear it click.

What could I be doing wrong?

did you turn on your headlights first? if so, check you're grounds..maybe?

Im sure someone here will know, they'res lots of civics here with foglights, but most likely they're not the authentic type.

if you wire up the fog lights can only come on when your headlights are on to pass state inspection

Not 100% percent true, they can be on with parking lights as long as when the highbeams are activated the foglights turn off.
