Bleeding clutch line
the car is a 2000 prelude base. for the past 5 days my clutch has virtually had no clutch pressure except for maybe the last inch of it's throw. today and yesterday it stopped going into gear. i tried to bleed the clutch line and now its absolutely no pressure, the pedal just shoots to the floor.
i took the clutch fluid cap off, put a hose on the nipple and the other end into a cup of brake fluid and opened that bleeder valve and pumped it about 20 times while filling the reservoir. now when i try and bleed it, nothing happens, the reservoir is full and when the bleeder valve is open its not moving any fluid.
can anybody help me out here please?

Re: Bleeding clutch line
you need a pressure or vacuum bleeder. probably there is alot of air still and doing it manually sometimes does not work.
Or maybe your clutch master cylinder is leaking.

Re: Bleeding clutch line
Either you are bleeding it wrong, or your master and/or slave cylinder is bad. How would you have originally got air into the system? If everything was still good, air should not have got into it unless you opened the system up.
