Default PLEASE HELP!/EK swap powersteering ?

does anybody know what power steering pump I need to use to retain power steering? I just swapped a obd1 bseries into my dx ek? please help thanks

B-series PS pump, belt, and top hose.

I believe you have to use the power steering pump from the specific swap. For example, a GSR swap uses a GSR power steering pump and lines. I think the power steering brackets are specific to the motor also. I could be wrong though. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

Yes a B-series motor needs a B-series pump. and belt. High pressure line also. the return is still the same because of the chassis/frame design

i have a obd1 bseries in my 99 ek. i had to use a 99 si ps pump. everything worked perfect. you dont have to change lines or anything. just a 99 si pump

thanks everyone I tried the gsr stock and one but the fitting was different from from what was on the pump.
I haven't tried the 99-00 pump does neone have one their not usin?

i believe honda made 2 different PS b series PS pumps. i'm guessing a 99-00 Si PS pump would work since it's the same chassis, i'm guessing honda would use the same steering rack in both..

that is correct. there are 2 different B series pumpsbd 1 and obd2
or its OBD1/2a and then obd2b

not sure about the years, but the difference is in the line bolt pattern to the pump itself on top.
