Do you have any alternatives? You mentioned they are "overpriced"...but I've found that you get what you pay for... Do you think there are other shops that do just as good work for less money? I too am looking for a shop to do a complete custom audio install...

you can stop by my shop and we can plan some stuff out if you want. I have a couple custom cars at the shop that im working on right now if you want to come and look at the kind of work that i do. What are you looking at getting done?
oh yea, Im the car install/sales manager at MyerEmco in fairfax.

kartunes is crap...case closed.. I could tell you many stories... and they basically subcontract.. like the window tint? they dont know how to tint... they call another shop and have them do it.. thats why they cost so much.. they need to make a profit somehow...
i remember they called cali tint for a price for a suburban... i said 200.. then a customer came in and asked about the same car i told him 300 and then he flipped out cause kartunes wanted to charge him 500... i couldnt beleive it.. I gave him the price of 200...
