JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greet visitors, determine nature of visits, and direct visitors to appropriate staff. Duties include recording and transmitting messages, keeping records of calls placed, providing information to callers and visitors, making appointments, keeping a log of visitors, issuing visitor passes, escorting vendors into secured spaces, and controlling access into the Master Library. Performs other routine clerical duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven organizational skills, people skills, excellent grammar, and written communication. Strong skill set in Word, Excel, and Power Point. Applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

RATE OF PAY:
$11.47 per hour as per Area Wage Determination plus $3.01 per hour Health & Welfare Credit
