Default Dyno Vs. accessPort

So i after my Turboback comes in, i was thinkin about getting an uppipe and cobb AP. Then i got to thinkin about jus getting the uppipe and goin to get a tune. Can you get a tune AND use an accessport? Do they disrupt eachother? Any info on both would be much appreciated.

Its a waste of money for a Cobb AP. I see everyone get this cause they didnt know any better. Just about all the new cars are coming with open ECU programs. Cobb says its great cause you can take it off anytime. All it is, is a big waste of money. Get to a good tuner/Dyno and have it reflashed youll be better off and you can use the money you would have spent or already spent on an access port for a really good tune.
