Default Cold Air VS Short Ram Intake

Alright, I have to get custom parts regardless of how I go, I'm just looking for sugestions.

I'm working on a 1988 Celica Alltrac and I'm looking at a new intake

I'm kinda new to car engines, I used to work on gokart and small dirtbike engines but thats it.

So an AWD Turbo car... using it for road courses and as a daily driver so being able to work in the rain is a plus

I hear hydro locking can be avoided as long as you don't rev near a puddle :P

Bending Rods is really really fun, a lil bit of moisture can do the trick; trust me.
