Default Water temp. in the Intercoastal

Went out on the boat saurday and noticed the water near the 64 High rise was at least 102. About 3 years ago it hit 103 and burned if you fell off the jet ski. I know its from cooling the turbines at VEPCO, but that shit cant be good for the fish, crabs, etc.. I know bacteria love warm places soo. I felt like I was swimming in a Petree Dish. What do you guys think? Even the cove is hot. Heres 2 aerial shots of this place.
