After riding dirt for 14 years I got my first street bike today. An 07 yamaha FZ-6.

I love riding it, I rode it 90 miles today until my butt was wore out. I didn't want to get off but my rear end could take no more.

I'm from the chesterfield area so if anybody is up for doing some riding or can suggest some fun roads to ride on message me.

Nice, I'm looking into those as my next bike. The riding position is more comfortable than a normal 600 right? Anyways, congrats and post pics.

 

I took it for a ride again tonight and got a chance to take some pictures. I am finally starting to get somewhat comfortable with cars around. I am used to two wheels but the cars and traffic took some getting used to. It is so hard to stay anywhere near the speed limit on a bike. It doesn't take anything at all to get going fast in a hurry.

But I love it, so much more fun than any car.
