Anyone on here done it before? My situation in that it's in an akward location: half under the Intake Mani and real tight fit. Other problem, as some of you know, I'm a Cadet at The Citadel, so I don't have a lot of time, nor money. Car is currently at my host/sponsor family's where it will stay till it gets fixed.

Get a different car, you'll be happier in the long run.. Most alternators are pretty easy though, release the belt tension and remove the mounting bolts. It might take some bloody knuckles if it's hard to get to, but most cars are pretty easy no matter where they're mounted.

 

yeah agreed, bloody knuckles may be needed. i had a 99 ZX2 and it was a pain to do, if you can get under the car thou its not to bad.

 

Yeah, Like I was telling someone else, I could do it, it's just with the limited space, I was wondering if anyone on here has any tips/tricks. Thanks for the help

 

you should get a manul from the parts store for that car there great
