So, I moved to TN to go to school and Cingular/AT&T won't let me keep my plan.. so I'd like if someone could pick it up from me.. FREE!!!
The Plan Specs:
Unlimited Local & Long Distance
300 Roaming Minutes
$49.99 Per Month
There aren't any outstanding bills.. I've paid on time since I had the plan 5 years ago. To my knowledge, no one else offers an unlimited plan for this price. They have add-ons for text messaging and internet access available, but I never used them.
The reason I'm wanting to transfer this plan is so I don't pay the fee for breaking the contract, and to see if anyone wants a great plan with great service. No money to pay upfront, just transfer the plan and you pay the next bill until it ends or if you decide to cancel it.

Not too sure on how many months are left.. should be close to 1.5 years in the contract.

I have a Motorola SLvR L7 that is on the plan.. I also have all the cables and connections for the iTunes on it.. and (2) two 256 MB cards to go with it.. including software and a bluetooth headset.
If you want the phone and accersories I'm sure I can make a deal.

will names be changed to person taking over the plan, and how much are the upgrades for internet/text messages? Will the buyer have to pay to switch service to another phone?

The name will be changed on the plan when it is switched over. You can use any phone that accepts the Cingular/AT&T SIM Card. I've used several phones in the past for this plan.. I just switched the SIM Cards.
I will post up the length of the contract today.. I've just got some work to do first.

"If you would like to change the name and responsibility on the account
you will need to complete a Transfer of Service. For your convenience I
have listed the number to the department that handles this procedure.
You can transfer the financial or billing responsibility of your account
to another party by completing a Transfer of Service and this process
can now be completed over the phone. A credit evaluation must be
performed on the new customer, and a deposit may be required. Once the
deposit is paid (if required) and the transfer is complete, the billing
name and corresponding information is changed.
Please call the transfer of service department at: 1-877-707-9204
Financial responsibility for the account will remain in the existing
customer?s name until approval of the prospective customer?s
application."
If you are verified, with good credit, then we can continue the transfer.
