Lol I wonder if this is the same guy I came across in Mechanicsville. It had black wheels and clear corners, vtak.... He was riding my ass, so I threw it down to second, then I look in the mirror and I can see him downshifting, but when he sees that he can't keep up, he jumps over in the other lane and turns off.
