where? industrial parks sound about right. find one.

 

where you located we have warehouse space for rent up in williamsburg that we just finished buildin 2 garage doors a office and bathroom lights heat and water idk rent or w.e but its a good size space

theres a major surplus of Industrial and commercial property out there right now, there is probably 15 units within 10 miles of my shop right now available. Dam neck, rosemount rd area

 

im in the hampton area....
i need room for 3-4 cars plus lift...
need about 100sq feet for storage...
also need office..

i looked at two places off of copeland industrial today. one was super cool the other was a joke. im in the 800-1200 per month price range...
im looking for space in nn, hampton, york, or williamsburg
