I would really love to keep this jeep but I recently purchased another car and in order to afford it I am going to have to part with the jeep. It's a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo with just about 178k miles. It does have power windows and door locks. There is a nice aftermarket cd player in it but the speakers suck. I haven't quite owned the jeep a year and I've never had a single problem out of it, even taking it on a 6 hour road trip. It doesn't burn any fluids and starts up every time. Engine still has plenty of power and has no problem with running the cruise control on interstate for as long as you want. Gas mileage is about as expected with a lifted jeep, 13-14 in town and I usually average about 19mpg on the interstate.

The Good:

Tow Package with Recovery Hook in place
3" Lift Kit
Practically new 31" BFG All-Terrains
New Catalytic Convertor in 2006
4 New Rancho Shocks in 2006
New Idle Air Motor in 2005
New Brakes all around 2005
New Timing Chain 2005 (at 145k miles)
New Radiator 2005
New brake master cylinder in 2004
New starter in 2004
New water pump in 2002.
Transmission cooler
Rebuilt transmission in 2002.
New Battery
New wheel bearings 2007.
New radiator hoses in 2008.
New spark plugs in 2008.
New extended bumpstops in 2008.

The Bad:
4x4 linkage needs a little tweaking. The transfer case is fine but the linkage does need a little work. It will still engage 4-high but will not engage 4-low with the handle. If you get under the Jeep and manually pull the linkage you can get it into 4-low.

No a/c. This has never been a big deal for me since it's got power windows, but there is no compressor. It was removed when it went bad and replaced with a bracket to hold the pulley.

Exhaust manifold is leaking (very common on the 4.0L FI jeeps). I have the manifold and the gaskets brand new with a lifetime warranty that will come with the jeep, I just have't put it on.

Overall this jeep is in great running order. It's not exceptionally pretty, but for an off-roading/hunting/running around town beater it can't be beat!

Bump, someone make me an offer, need this puppy gone. Still runs great, drove it around all day yesterday! All fluids are new!

How does $1200 sound?
