I have a 92 crown vic, just recently the turn signals stopped working but when you turn on the emergency blinkers they work. Also when turning off the windshield wipers the wipers turn off in the up position, before they would go down automatically when you cut them off. Last but not least whenever i use the cigerate lighter it blows the fuse for it and the gas door release button. I have no clue whats going on with it any help would be appreciated

 

check your wiring throught the car somethings grounding out on those circuits get a wiring schomatic(spelling)
