Default Cheap Power cable by the foot, where?

I'm doing some cheapo re-grounding next week, where can I get power cable by-the-foot or spool locally for a not ridiculous price? I'm also looking for bulk ring terminals as well. I've found 8awg wire online for $1/per and the terminals at $3/pair but I prefer to support local business.

Suggestions?

Home Depot, Lowes, and scrap metal yards (Nott Recycling, all cable is in the back building in a pile on the left).

For the car audio style stuff that'll take some decent temps? I thought they only had AC and solid wire stuff.

You will only be able to find cheap deals online. Ebay and such. Monoprice.com might carry it. PM DoingOK, he knows all about cables.

Found a great site, still nothing local. All I could find with google and crenshaw and richmond was truck equipment.

www.wiringproducts.com has everything except a few audio specific things like a JL Audio-style ground lug or their nice distribution blocks... but wire, in any color, at any size, and all the different types of terminal ends you could ever want to make a grounding kit or wire up gauges. And the prices are great.
