nothing for now - i only rode my bike 4-5 times this summer - was pretty disapointed in myself. If i have more time next spring/summer i would probably get a gsxr1k

unfortunetly i've decided to sell my baby. My decision comes after only riding her 4-5 times this summer and the fact that i just dont spend enough time on her to warrant keeping her in my garage any longer.

I purchased this from a TTnet member back in Feb01 with roughly 4200 miles, since then i've put on 2600 miles and she now has a total of 6850 miles on her. She's been garage kept all her life, she's been given fresh tires just a year ago (literally only about 750 miles ago) so they are 90% new or better.

When i bought her she had already had a stage 1 jet kit & full micron race exhuast as well as clear/short turn signals. I put on a dark smoke screen and hid style bulbs. Her oil was just changed less than 1000 miles ago and she had a full check over & tune up.

The bike has never been dropped EVER and has been babied. Rare to find a 98 w/ only 6800 miles on them in mint condition. If you ask me this was one of the best color schemes offered in the 900rr. She has no leaks, burns nothing, has no mechanical issues whatsoever! She is very fast, rides like a dream, and is a great bike!

I dont want to hassle/haggle over price as i am in no rush to sell, i will let her go for $5500 even which is a great price. This comes w/ a bike cover, owner manual, original keys, and even the rear tire propstand.

I am located in southwest VA and the buyer will be responsible for pick up/delivery/shipment.

This bike is truly awesome, shame to see her go, but i just cant rationalize keeping her when i rode her only 4-5 times this year.
