Raleigh Rush Hour Fixed Gear - DC Area

Located in Gaithersburg, MD.
Selling my Raleigh Rush Hour fixie because I don't have time to ride it anymore. Not a blingy bike, but a pretty good deal given what's on it.
I bought this from the original owner this past March. Bike has obviously been used, but is still in very good shape.
Top tube has a little ding in it, covered by the pad, but it isn't big enough to affect anything. Tracks perfectly straight, etc.
FRAME IS 53CM. I'm a little over 5'10" and it fits me really well.
Numerous upgrades:
-Velocity Deep V wheels
-Cane Creek Headset
-Stem & Riser bar (brand unknown, looks nice)
-Truvativ Touro Crankset
-Oury Grips
-Selle Italia Saddle
Comes with uninstalled Tektro RL570 lever and R350 caliper (both brand new), if I can find them, and I think I can.

This is a superdeal. It would cost a LOT more than this for you to buy a Kilo TT or something and make it look the same.
Doesn't anyone want a trendy bike to put on top of their trendy roof rack?

This is an excellent way to become unfat.
I rode it around DC in the summer and it's amazing how quickly a fixie will get you in shape. No cheating, no coasting. You have to pay attention like you've never paid attention in your life, at least when riding brakeless.
I don't even really want to sell it, but I have to be realistic about the fact that I never have time to ride.
