Default loss of power

since ive gotten my car about 8 months ago ive been noticing a steady decrease in power, its only a d series and because of that ive been putting it on the back burner..
stock exhaust from the manifold to the muffler which is new oem

could this steady power loss be due to a clogged cat
any ideas such as plugs, wires, timing, bad air flow have been ruled out

appreciate the help in advanCe

could be a clogged cat or maybe a fuel filter becoming increasingly restricted. also check air filter

Easiest way to rule out the cat is to take it off if it is bolted up and if you can't see threw the pipe its shot.

hooking up a vacuum gauge is another way to check for clogged cat.
