Snapped a skeezy-out, need a mobile welder to nutweld
Right on the tip.
Thread's really about bolt extractors broken off in broken off bolts, included request for potential professional solutions.
I have about 1/4 inch sticking out of the AL head but it's pretty shear. Anyone know a good welder looking for some quick cash? Preferably today.
I'm currently cooking it and bathing it in PB Blaster so it'll be all hot and slippery when you get here.
Anyone know how long can you heat an AL head with propane before you run into warpage? Wouldn't seem like too long but I don't really know how it reacts with propane.
Any other suggestions?

You can try to find a machine shop with an EDM machine to burn out the extractor and bolt. Don't know if the price will be worthwhile compared to the price of a new head though.

Flux core might be giving you some trouble because it has a bad ground or that the bolt is covered in grease/PB and can't get good electrical contact.
How are you attempting to weld it? It's pretty hard to get aluminum to melt and mix with steel so don't be overly worried about welding the nut accidentally to the head itself.
EDIT: this thread looks like it died a whole week ago, sorry for the rez...

dont weld it its impossible to do, take your time with a hammer and punch and break it out of there. the easy outs are made out of strong but brittle material and shatter easy as you found out! you might have to chase the threads or enlarge to the next size after removing it
