You shouldn't need much. The engine will bolt right up, and if it's the same year engine then you should be able to use the harness and ECU from either the engine or the car. You can use the EP3 ECU with Hondata K-Pro (to change the maps for the new engine), or you can use the Type S ECU but the immobilizer will need to be changed to a different key code.
Which transmission to use is up to you, there are some differences that you can research.
I've never done this swap but it sounds really easy from what I remember. You could probably find everything you need to know in a few minutes from Google.
EDIT: I just found everything I need to know in two minutes from Google. Now I could do the swap.

I 2 have a ep3, but with a K24 swap, just grab yourself kpro to make life much easier for you in the long run.
