94 CIVIC BUCKING/JERKING MISSING PROBLEM HELP!!!!!!
I got a 94 civic that is bucking and jerking like its missing only when the engine is under load and low rpm, once i get over like 4000 rpm it goes away completely. motor is a d15b7, i have replaced the distributor cap, rotor button, ngk plugs, napa premium silicone wires, and my buddy ran some stuff through it to get rid of carbon. we checked injector pulse with noid lights and ran a spark test to check distributor, at this point i have no idea what else to check, oh yeah the motor dont start doing this till it gets warmed up and also when its sitting idling it runs fine but sounds like a cough or poof every 10 seconds or so.
Any Ideas or anyone else had this problem??????????????

So you replaced everything in the ignition system knowing that the entire ignition systems works perfectly fine at high RPM. Well, at least you won't have to replace the ignition system for a long time, but that was definitely money better spent somewhere else.
Most likely you have a problem with your MAP sensor or TPS. I'm going to guess MAP, but I don't really have much information about the throttle and RPM relationship.

Try cleaning the idle air control valve (IACV). If the idle is fluctuating after it gets up to operating temp, the the IACV is probaly bad or needs to be hosed out with sone carb cleaner. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUkCCwqU3eU

You do know that D motors also have o rings under the Cam plates that can leak oil into the spark plug hole as well.
Have you tried a compression check? Requires little to no money and it may not be a bad idea. The reason that I ask is that I put sea foam in a 91 civic that I had and a week or so later I burnt a valve. May not have been a direct relation to the use of sea foam. Also check the timing, since you have replaced everything else.
