You can polish them yourself with a dremel. 
As far as shops that do it I am sure any machine shop can do it but the money you spend to get it done by them isnt even worth it. You should be able to do it yourself no problem.

You should be able to do it yourself no problem.damn that sucks. you can get it done for about 25 a wheel. and parts to get polished too. like turbos...intake manifolds. etc. etc.

that is even cheaper. ask juan or wells from ultraspeed, they might be able to find someone to hook you up. and if it's that small, just do it yourself. it will still take a longa ass time, but you can do it.
