Probe KLZE swap vacuum diagram
I am looking for a Probe KLZE swap vacuum diagram for my car. I just did the swap and now I need to make sure that all vacuum lines are right. I have a check engine light on but I believe that it is on because of my egr, or the lack of... I do know for sure that lines aren't all correct because I have some extra...hehe...anyone able to help?

why am i not on point with that question? They say this engine peaked at 205 horses and the actual part that helps so much is the torque this engine has....I can definatly feel the difference, it is just now put in though just a couple days ago and I dont have all the vacuums right and little bugs i still have to work out

That is on japanese gas and they have 98 octane.
Secondly he wont have ze vris points which will hold him back some.
Most people with ze's dyno at 170 whp while most 03's dyno 135 whp. So it is a decent jump.
With headers, 67mm tb, cai, catback. high flow cat, fpr to bump fuel pressure. Most ze's dyno 180 whp. Yeah 10 hp for all that. Its because probe intake manifolds suck absolute butt.
lastly the vac diagram is the same as the 03 except you will be short 2 nipples on the im. So you will need to put plastic tees in place to run your egr solonoid and i forget what else.
Now the ze manifold isnt tapped for an egr, but you will throw a code if you dont hook up the solonoid and your car will run like ass.
here is your diagram

Btw the ze's peak torque is within 5 of the stock engine. It just pulls to about 6500 rpms instead of 5500.
The vris points will be fixed here shortly....from probetalk there is a chip to be replaced in the ecu that will take care of that problem, also another option is the ecu...the egr that you say...it will make the car run like shit? I do not have it hooked up right now, I know that i am goign to put it on there and just connect the vacuum lines to it...i have definatly felt a huge difference between the two engines...i haven't even been running the new engine for a week yet...i just finished putting it in on saturday so since then i have been driving it...
by the way thanks for the diagram...if you have anything else that you might think would be helpful please send it this way...anything i can learn helps...thanks

Really i wouldnt waste cash on a chip.
Mikes chip is all fine and dandy but not worth the 100 some odd bucks.
Either get this manifold http://www.cyborgzero.com/
or
get an msd and use window switches to actuate your vris at the correct points.
