As above, are there any places around there that stil have the car shows going on Saturday night, or does the bacon break them up all the time. I knew before i left for Cali there were up at FoodLion on 17 in Newport News. They still up there?

 

I would be pissed if I threw a car show and the cops broke it up! You may be able to find a hangout spot in the area, but I dont know of any car shows

 

No, I heard that if the cops catch people hanging out over there, they will block all the cars in and everyone they catch will be arrested and their cars impounded.

Most of the time cops come because dumbass ricers speed/race through parking lots, get in accidents/pile ups, or just act like typical idiots. Your not gonna find a spot posted on here mainly because the aforementioned ppl will blow it up.

 

Maybe a month or two ago myself and about 8 other cars were up there. We were in the back of the lot towards the "middle" of that big lot area with our engines and lights off just standing there talking. Cop pulls up, gets out and says "everyone line up here with identification, you're all being written court summons for trespassing". Food Lion had called the police and so basically if you go there they'll do it again. We all ended up getting a warning and a little talking to by the judge but that was it, just a major inconvienience to go all the way to downtown NN so damn early in the morning. Do yourself a favor and stay away from there, even if you were being quiet and not even close to the business they'll still get you.

Not quite. I work closely with VBPD. I've spoken with them. Their intentions aren't noble, believe the hype 'cause racer or ricer if it's an import they are out to get you.
