More info:
Car is not lowered and probably never will be.
I like rubber attached to the wheels; nothing too low-profile; I don't like to feel every bump in the road.
Car is daily driven on shitty DC highways.

I know 245's are about the widest you can get on an 8" wheel. I read somewhere the way to figure out the biggest tire you can fit on a wheel is to convert the width mm into inches (i.e. 275mm = how many inches?). then, divide the wheel width by the tire width and it should be right around 90%. There's an actual formula to do that by, I just don't remember what it is.
VERY nice choice in wheels also, probably what I won't end up with, but would really like. What kind of prices do they go for? I've been looking at some Konigs, but I want something 10" in the rear... 17x8 front and 17x10 rear (once I get the fender flares).

Car will probably have one helluva push w/ that small of a tire upfront. I'd max the front 8"s out w/ 245's..... What RWHP are you looking to make? 275's might be too much or not enough depending on HP. What is the weight of the car also? You know the car weight F/R ratio?

i figure, since you may be planning on making high HP, and 275 was your largest choice, you may as well put that size on the rear...even if its too large now, when you modify your vehicle you wont have to buy a new set of tires....235 in the front maybe was a bit small...looking back, i would probably change my suggestion to 245 in the front...good luck man!
btw..how much do the wheels weigh and how much do your stock wheels weigh?
