this summer i want to get my track carive been thinking about it alot and just wanted to see what you guys would do with $4,000. ive been looking at a couple of cars. most would be mid 80's to early 90's.

1. Rx-7 turbo II
2. 5.0 stang coupe.
3. mustang SVO (cant find one though)
4. 240sx.
5. rs camaro with a 350
6. something faster than my 6

yeah anywho, what would you guys do with $4,000?

big block in a 2nd gen camaro

 

i dunno, i ehar alot about the 331 set up with the single turbo. but maybe.

 

Fox Body hands down. Lots of go for a little dough.

 

are RX parts pretty expensive?

 

Pickup a 87-93 5.0 coupe drop in a 347.

is there much difference in the handling of coupe vs. the hatch?

 

Choice 1 would be your best bet. Lightweight, nimble, and decent power stock, along with tons of potential.

 

Buy a Capri and throw a 351 in it. Same thing.
