Default hard time putting it in gear!!!

tryin to figure out whats wrong w/ my shit, when i press the clutch in and try to put my car in gear it doesnt really wanna go and then when i bang it in and then take it back out of gear while having the clutch in, then i can put it in any gear w/ no problem(while the clutch is still engaged), and soon as i let go of the clutch and press it again its the same deal, also when i take off it feels like i have a stage 10 clutch or somethin, like it wants to bogg and the front end starts rattling, i dont know if its the slave cylinder or what the hell it is, the clutch res. is full so it cant be w/o fluid, btw, i have a jdm itr w/ stock lsd tranny and stock clutch and etc. please let me know if u have an idea what it could be, thanx in advance.
