Default can anyone help?

ok here goes...

i rear ended a car last month in my 240. I just finally got my insurance check and it's not very much. I dont have enough to send it to a body shop so that's out of the question. I had a guy that does body work (in the body shop at a merc. dealership) come by and investigate the damage. He says it's really not so bad and it wouldnt be hard to fix. He also said he could help me out w/ it but i havent been able to get a hold of him for almost 2 weeks now. So now i'm stuck up the river with out a paddle so to speak.

so far i've got some stuff taken care of:
-hood
-fenders
-headlights
-front bumper
-radiator
-hoses

what i NEED help with:
-i need a new core support
-i need somone w/ a welder to help me weld this crap together
-it would be nice to have somone w/ experience in this so i do this right w/o fucking it up

so basically...is anyone here that is willing to help, a body-man by trade or hobby? and does anyone have a 110V welder that they could bring to my house?

i'm willing to throw down some $$ in exchange for help, but i'll warn in advance, i dont have much to spare
