Post Need some Advice/Comments on Storage Units

This is not directly aimed at anyone here, but I would like some feedback on an idea. I work for a Contracting Company, and we've decided to make 86 CLIMATE CONTROLLED storage units. This means, we would keep the inside of the storage unit at a certain temperature. In the summer, 75 degrees. In the winter, 58 degrees. Now, the question is... do you think this is a good idea? Do you think there are students / business / common people that would like to use a climate controlled storage unit? Maybe for leaving furniture/apt things over the christmas break, or over summer break? The price breakdown is roughly this:
5'x10' - 56.00
5'x15' - 63.00
10'x10' - 77.00
10'x15' - 91.00
10'x20' - 105.00
All price are per month. We also have normal, no climate controlled, storage units - but that's something else. I'm just looking for feedback on the idea. They will be built in about 1 month. Thanks for any input!

Forgot to add - we will also be providing a pick-up service for students/businesses. Meaning for a small fee, you pack everything up, and we'll come to wherever you are, take it, and put it in the storage unit for you. Again - I'm just looking for feedback - NOT trying to sell these to you guys, but if you are interested just contact me. Flyers will probably be posted around RU and VA Tech.

That is probably the best business to get into. You have virtually no expenses once the facility is built. I had thought about something similar, but there are too many around here already. Those prices are about $10-15 higher across the board than they are around here.

The prices may or may not vary. Here is a link to UVA climate-controlled units..

So, compared to those prices, ours are pretty good. The location of these storage units is West of Radford University, very simple to get to, just straight down Main St. for about 5min. Thanks for the input.
