What is the diff between b16a2 tranny and jdm b16 sir2 tranny?

In japan A Limited Slip Differential (LSD) was an option. So the SiR may be lsd. Other than that they are the same.

I would think the final or gear ratio would be better in the jdm

It's not. They both have a 4.40 final drive
